Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days from when you received the original order. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom orders are nonrefundable. 

If damaged in transit please file a damage claim with the USPS, FedEx, UPS, or whomever the shipper was and we will help to send out a new item .

Customer is responsible to cover return shipping charges.
