The products sold are for recasting, tubs, showers, surrounds, sinks, and countertops. The pour in recasting system differs from products sold on the shelf today that are less reliable, less durable, and completely toxic. This provides Refinished Bath Solutions with an industry advantage. Our company has a massive opportunity to cultivate commercial sales accounts. The prospect pool is virtually limitless. With a proven sales method, qualified leads, and uncapped earning potential, the right salesperson finds themselves at the ground level of something with tremendous potential.

The Job:

The right candidate will be responsible for the entirety of the sales cycle: sourcing leads, cold calling, qualifying, pitching, and closing. Managing a pipeline and keeping it full are paramount to the success of the Sales Consultant. We will provide expert sales advice and supply you with qualified leads. Sale size will vary in size and longevity. Some will require management of a long-lasting relationship that will yield regular sales. Others will require large one time sales. Some will be simple. Some will prove complex. This is a pure sales job, where the only thing you need to do is sell.


Expected First Year Compensation- 75k-100k Compensation Plan: Base, Variable (Commission), Bonus (Commission) Annual Contract with Quota Begins After 90 Day Ramp Up (Includes Product, Technical, and Sales Training) Remote Work Available Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Excellent Work Environment

The Right Candidate:


Five years B2B sales or related experience. Competency in word processing, spreadsheet management, presentation software, and CRM familiarity. Experience with Zoho a plus. The Sales Consultant Candidate should be able to demonstrate experience with cold calling, negotiation, margin selling, reporting, presentation, strategic selling, and sales via telephone, virtual, and in-person
