Unlike with traditional spray on coatings, our material is 0 VOC. This means there is no need for a loud high powered ventilation system.

Step by step:

1. We start by removing the caulking surrounding the tub and washing the surface to remove any mold, oil, rust, or gunk.
2. Where necessary, we will remove the overflow cover.
3. Sand down the surface.
4. Patch unsightly chips in the porcelain.
5. A procedure known as etching is then performed on the surface, allowing the cast coating we apply afterwards to penetrate below the surface; this allows for optimum bonding.
6. We then wash and clear the tub of any micro-debris.
7. Finally we apply the casting material to give your bathtub that classic, shiny finish.
8. We then heat cure you bathroom.  This allows our products to fully cure and be ready to use in hours instead of days.

The process itself takes only hours, and you will be ready to shower the same day, or in the case of a rental there is no down time.
